• Billing information: Payment is processed by Polar.sh. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details.

• To provide, operate, and improve the PepperClaw service.
• To send AI agent messages to your WhatsApp number.

• Supabase — authentication and database infrastructure.
• Polar.sh — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI model provider (Claude) for generating agent responses.
• WhatsApp / Meta — message delivery to your registered phone number.
• Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@pepperclaw.com. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required to retain it by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed credentials, and row-level security on our database to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
